
MINSK, 4 June (BelTA) - Minsk Tractor Works (MTZ trademark) expects to increase supplies to the Republic of Srpska (entity of Bosnia and Herzegovina), MTZ Director General Sergei Avramenko said as he met with Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management of the Republic of Srpska Savo Minić on the sidelines of the Belagro 2025 expo, BelTA learned from the company’s press service.
“Minsk Tractor Works is interested in intensifying cooperation with the Republic of Srpska. We are ready for mutually beneficial partnership for the benefit of the peoples of the two countries. BELARUS machinery is in demand among farmers, that is why we expect to increase supplies with the support of the country's authorities,” Sergei Avramenko said.

Savo Minić said, in turn, that more than 160 BELARUS tractors were sold under the local project. “The project subsidized 60% of the cost of Belarusian tractors for farmers under 40 years old, who had no tractor before. We also organized a network of spare parts sales and machinery service,” he said.
