MINSK, 23 February (BelTA) – The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) has prepared an annual ranking of the world's top 100 companies that develop software. Companies residing in the Hi-Tech Park are broadly represented in the 2022 Global Outsourcing 100 list just like in previous years, the Hi-Tech Park press service told BelTA.
In particular, IAOP experts praise A1QA, Qulix Systems, and Science Soft. The best outsourcers also include foreign companies with software development centers located in Belarus and registered in the Hi-Tech Park: Artezio, Ciklum, IBA Group, Intetics, iTechArt Group.
The list includes companies from all over the world that offer a full range of outsourcing services. Those are not limited to outsourcing of information systems and business processes but facility and real estate maintenance services, assets management, manufacturing management, and logistics.
The ranking is compiled using the complex data that IAOP experts get from the companies themselves and from independent sources. The data allows evaluating the successful development of a company and the quality of the company's solutions and customer satisfaction.
Companies are classified as Leader or Rising Star. Their performance is evaluated in four categories: Customer References, Awards & Certifications, Programs for Innovation, and Programs for CSR. By the way, IBA Group has been a Leader according to IAOP rankings for ten years already.
