MOSCOW, 13 June (BelTA) – The EAEU-UAE Business Dialogue will take place in Minsk on 26 June, BelTA learned from the press service of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
"On 26 June, the 4th Eurasian Economic Forum in Minsk will host a joint event with one of the Eurasian Economic Union's key trading partners in the Persian Gulf: the United Arab Emirates. The event is timed to coincide with the signing of the Economic Partnership Agreement between the EAEU and the UAE on the sidelines of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council," the press service stated.
The event will bring together government officials, business representatives, and experts from the EAEU member states and the UAE. It will serve as a key platform to discuss a trade deal covering over 90% of trade and more than 85% of product categories.
Participants of the EAEU-UAE Business Dialogue will discuss deepening cooperation, removing non-tariff barriers, challenges faced by foreign economic operators, expanding supply chains, developing digital infrastructure, and engaging small and medium-sized enterprises in trade under preferential conditions.
"The EAEU-UAE Business Dialogue is expected to give additional momentum for strengthening the strategic partnership between the EAEU and UAE," the press service added.
