MINSK, 19 February (BelTA) - President of Republika Srpska, an entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milorad Dodik has paid a visit to Belkommunmash during his working trip to Belarus, BelTA has learned.
Milorad Dodik toured the workshops of Belkommunmash and got familiar with the line of vehicles produced at the enterprise. The president of Republika Srpska was welcomed by Belarusian First Deputy Industry Minister Aleksandr Ogorodnikov, who briefed Milorad Dodik on the Belarusian industry, including machine building.
“I would like to implement the project of purchasing your buses for our cities to transport school and university students and hospital patients. They will be given special cards to use this transport. In addition, we are ready to purchase farming machinery. We have known about the quality of your products since the times of the former Yugoslavia. Even my father had a Belarusian-made tractor. I believe that we will have more of your machinery. Besides, your machinery is also used in quarry works,” Milorad Dodik said.
The foreign delegation to Belarus includes ministers of scientific and technical development and higher education, healthcare and social welfare, agriculture, forestry and water management and others. Before his visit to Belkommunmash Milorad Dodik visited the Minsk Scientific and Practical Center for Surgery, Transplantology and Hematology.
