According to Sadyr Japarov, important measures are taken in the EAEU space to strengthen industrial cooperation. These include financial support for cooperation projects and the development of Eurasian technology platforms.
“Taking into account the experience gained, it may be necessary to revise some financing conditions towards easing, including the criteria for the supply of technological equipment, as well as materials and components, especially for producers of small economies,” the head of state said.
In the context of the structural transformation of the world economy, the relevance of technological challenges for the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union is increasing, therefore, a systematic approach and long-term investments in the scientific and technical development of the Union are required, he said.
“To achieve a sufficient level of industrial level, we need to increase the level of localization of production in the member states of the Union, set up auxiliary clusters for large industries by involving small and medium-sized businesses in value chains,” the president of Kyrgyzstan said.

He also stressed the need to build competitive research capacity in the industrial and agro-industrial sectors.
