MINSK, 9 April (BelTA) – In March 2021, the index of consumer prices for goods and services totaled 100.7% as against February 2021 and 103.8% as against December 2020, BelTA learned from the National Statistics Committee of Belarus.
In March, the base index of consumer prices, which rules out changes in prices for individual goods and services susceptible to administrative and seasonal factors, totaled 101% as against February 2021 and 103% as against December 2020.
Prices for foods went up by 0.4% from February 2021 and by 3.7% from December 2020.
Prices for non-foods increased by 1.4% from February 2021 and 3.8% from December 2020.
In March, prices for services rose 0.3% from February 2021 and 4% from December 2020.
