MINSK, 10 August (BelTA) – In July 2021 the index of consumer prices for goods and services totaled 100.1% as against June 2021 and 105.9% as against December 2020, BelTA learned from the National Statistics Committee of Belarus.
In July the base index of consumer prices, which rules out changes in prices for individual goods and services susceptible to administrative and seasonal factors, totaled 100.4% as against June 2021 and 105.6% as against December 2020.
Prices for foods inched up by 0.2% from June 2021 and by 5.7% from December 2020.
Prices for non-foods edged up by 0.4% from June 2021 and 6.7% from December 2020.
In July prices for services rose by 0.2% from June 2021 and 5.3% from December 2020.
