MOSCOW, 17 January (BelTA) –  The idea to set up a Belarusian multi-brand machinery center has made most progress in Kuzbass, the press service of the Belarusian Embassy in Russia informed following a visit by Ambassador of Belarus to Russia Dmitry Krutoi to the BelAZ maintenance center in Kemerovo Oblast on 16 January, BelTA has learned.

The center is a project of the B24 company, BelAZ official representative in Kemerovo. The enterprise has three buildings, and the fourth one is to open this year. The total area is more than 15,000 square meters. The center provides a full range of maintenance and repair services in the region where BelAZ holds 91% of the market of dump trucks. The center also provides training for students and retraining for specialists who want to operate Belarusian dump trucks.

“We have discussed pressing issues with the management of the BelAZ Trading House and B24. These issues include warehouse automation, logistics, participation of our holding company in R&D projects, interaction with the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, as well as characteristics of Chinese and Kolomna engines. However, today the priority for Belarusian mechanical engineering companies in Russia is setting up a multi-brand facility. And in Kemerovo such an idea is materializing most successfully,” the diplomatic mission emphasized.

The B24 company sells not only the entire range of BelAZ products, but also machinery and equipment from Belkommunmash, Bobruiskagromash, Gomselmash, MTZ, MAZ, and Lidselmash, and is ready to sell machines produced by Amkodor.
