MINSK, 20 September (BelTA) – A German delegation led by State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy Ulrich Nussbaum will visit Belarus on 25-27 September, Anatoly Glaz, Head of the Information and Digital Diplomacy Office, Press Secretary of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said at a press briefing in Minsk on 20 September, BelTA has learned.
The last time Belarus hosted a representatives of the German ministry was in 2009. The delegation will include top managers of the large German companies, the majority of which are already present on the Belarusian market. The delegation will hold meetings with the economy and finance ministers and a deputy minister of foreign affairs of Belarus. They are set to visit a number of enterprises and the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone. They will also participate in the Days of German Economy in Belarus.
The visit of the German delegation to Belarus demonstrates the mutual interest of Belarus and Germany in further promoting of the bilateral trade, economic and investment cooperation that has a considerable potential.
