MINSK, 6 August (BelTA) – The first company from Brazil has been accredited with the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange (BUCE), the BUCE press service told BelTA.
Viner Brasil Tecnologia Company has been accredited by the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange. Thus, the geography of exchange trade now includes 66 countries.
Viner Brasil Tecnologia Company specializes in importing alloys of non-ferrous metals, chemical and petrochemical products to Brazil. The main clients of the company are aerospace companies and automobile manufacturers. The Brazilian company intends to use the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange to buy synthetic fibers and threads, polymer composites, technical fabrics used to manufacture conveyor belts and drive belts.
According to Viner Brasil Tecnologia, the company has been involved in international trade for about 20 years and now has a broad network of partners in many parts of the world, including Eastern Europe. For instance, the company buys rods and plates made of aluminum alloys and copper alloys in Russia and polyether filling agents, flax fiber, and other textile materials in Belarus. The company views the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange primarily as a way to reach new suppliers of the products the Brazilian company needs. “Apart from that, the strict observance of contract terms on the part of Belarusian producers is important for us. As far as we know, the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange has tools to control the execution of deals,” Viner Brasil Tecnologia representatives said.
As many as 26,474 companies, including 5,283 non-resident companies from 65 countries, were accredited with the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange as of 1 August 2021.
