MINSK, 17 January (BelTA) – A session of the Commission on Economic Affairs of the CIS Economic Council will take place in Moscow on 17 January, BelTA learned from the press service of the CIS Executive Committee.
“Uzbekistan assumed CIS presidency on 1 January. The agenda of the meeting features a report by Uzbekistan's plenipotentiary representative to the commission Shohrukh Gulamov who will speak on economic aspects of Uzbekistan's CIS presidency concept in 2020,” the press service informed.
The participants of the session will also consider granting a status of innovation commercialization centers of the parties to the CIS interstate innovative cooperation program for the period till 2020. They will also discuss the use of product marking by means of electronic identification in the CIS, as well as the CIS Quality Award 2019 for products and services.
