“Digitalization is a trend in the development of the global economy today. Digital solutions are widely deployed and used at our industrial enterprises as well. The BelGee car plant is a vivid example of a ‘digital factory'. Almost all the processes at this plant have been digitized: from production planning and equipment management on the assembly line to quality control and service systems. Similar technology has been also implemented at Atlant and BelAZ,” said Yuri Nazarov.
According to him, BelAZ has also mastered the production of a robotized hauler, and the near future plans include the implementation of the Intelligent Quarry project, where only unmanned vehicles will operate. “Projects to develop unmanned models are also underway at MTZ, Gomselmash, MAZ and Belkommunmash. Integral Holding Company has implemented an extended version of the integrated information system for supporting the life cycle of electronic products. A project has been worked out to develop and implement a unified system for comprehensive automation of business processes at Lidagroprommash. Plans for a similar project to be implemented at Belavtomaz Holding Company are under discussion,” the deputy prime minister said.
Plans are in place to develop a domestic standard solution for a manufacturing enterprise in order to provide it later as a service to Belarusian enterprises, taking into account the preliminary adaptation for a certain production. “The following enterprises have been identified as pilot sites for such a solution: MTZ, Minsk Motor Plant, MMZ named after S.I. Vavilov, Polesie,” Yuri Nazarov added.
