MINSK, 21 October (BelTA) - Cooperation of the EAEU countries on the climate agenda is important in the context of global technological transformation of manufacturing, Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko said at a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Yerevan on 21 October, BelTA has learned.
At a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in October 2021, the heads of state adopted a statement on economic cooperation within the framework of the climate agenda. "The first package of activities has been presented today. I think that their timely and unconditional implementation will benefit the EAEU members in the context of the global technological transformation of manufacturing, changes in the structure of the global economy," said Roman Golovchenko.
"I am convinced that by joint efforts we will reach a qualitatively new level of development of the Eurasian Economic Union in the interests of every company and every citizen of our countries," the prime minister said.
