MINSK, 4 April (BelTA) – Contracts worth more than 10 billion Russian rubles were signed as a result of the visit of the Belarusian government delegation to Saint Petersburg that took place on 29-30 March, Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko told the Belarus 1 TV channel, BelTA informs.
“The substantive, financial result of the visit of the Belarusian delegation was the signing of contracts and agreements worth more than 10 billion Russian rubles. Half of these contracts deals with foodstuffs, the other half with industrial products,” Roman Golovchenko said.
The delegation led by the prime minister took part in the Belarusian Food Forum, the meeting of the Business Cooperation Council, the Belarus-Russia Business Forum. Roman Golovchenko met with Saint Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov and discussed topical issues of cooperation.
