MOSCOW, 20 November (BelTA) – The Forum of Border Regions of Belarus and Russia on legislative securing of business cooperation will take place in Bryansk on 28-29 November, BelTA learned from the press service of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Belarus-Russia Union State.
“The forum is held to discuss joint activity of economic entities of Belarus and Russia, reveal barriers and restrictions in mutual trade, develop proposals to harmonize the legislation of the two countries in the trade and economic area,” the press service said.
Attending the event will be representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus, the Federal Assembly of Russia, the Union State bodies, Belarusian and Russian ministries and agencies, Russian regions and Belarusian oblasts, and also businessmen and scientists of the two countries.
The program of the forum will also include a meeting of representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly with the Bryansk Oblast authorities, a meeting of the PA commission on economic policy, legislation and regulations.
