BOBRUISK, 18 February (BelTA) – Brest Electromechanical Plant will become part of Bobruiskagromash Holding Company in 2020, Director General of the Managing Company of Bobruiskagromash Holding Company Nadezhda Lazarevich told Belarus Prime Minister Sergei Rumas as he visited the enterprise during his working visit to Mogilev Oblast on 17 February, BelTA has learned.
“We have already signed a road map with the Industry Ministry that provides for withdrawal of the company Technolit Polotsk from the holding company. Brest Electromechanical Plant will take its place this year,” Nadezhda Lazarevich said. “Thus our enterprise will be able to offer the whole range of agricultural machines and equipment. For example, our product line is lacking seeding machines now. The new plant will correct this situation,” she added.
Nadezhda Lazarevich noted that Brest Electromechanical Plant is experiencing financial difficulties. However, Bobruiskagromash has already started to work on ways to resolve this issue, stabilize and develop the enterprise.
During his visit to Bobruiskagromash, Sergei Rumas got familiar with the manufacturing process and models of agricultural machines and equipment.
