MINSK, 13 October (BelTA) - Andrei Soiko, who was approved by the head of state for the position of Director General of the Belarusian tire manufacturer Belshina, outlined the key areas of focus for the enterprise as he spoke to the media on 13 October, BelTA has learned.
“The enterprise is a living organism, so there are no unimportant areas. This includes personnel, human potential, and financial matters related to securing its own working capital. It certainly includes product quality, which we will also focus on. You can't get anywhere without sales either. The entire spectrum of the enterprise's activities requires the manager's constant attention,” Andrei Soiko said.

When asked about a possible expansion of the product size range, the new head of Belshina noted that in any business process, it is necessary to assess the feasibility of implementing a particular innovation. “Certainly, there are areas that seem obvious, for example, power tillers [referring to tires for this type of equipment]. But you always need to weigh the market volume for this product and understand the costs required to master its production,” he said.
