GOMEL, 5 January (BelTA) - Belorusneft's northern asset - Yangpur Oil Company - will build a gas processing facility in Russia, Belorusneft Director General Aleksandr Lyakhov said in the company’s media project, BelTA has learned.
“The most important project of 2024 for Yangpur will be the construction of its own gas processing plant, which in the long term will help deliver additional gaseous raw materials for the Belarusian gas processing plant, which is part of Belorusneft,” Aleksandr Lyakhov said.
“Thus, we are developing a raw material base for the operation of the gas processing plant not only in Belarus but also in Russia,” he added.
Yangpur Oil Company has been representing Belorusneft in the Russian oil and gas production market since 2013. The company's core activities include oil, gas and gas condensate production, primary oil refining, supply of hydrocarbons and refined products to enterprises in Russia and other countries.
