MINSK, 21 January (BelTA) - Belaruskali says it is ready to continue working with the Norwegian company Yara, BelTA learned from the website of the Belarusian company.
“As a result of regular dialogue, we declare our willingness to cooperate with Yara on a long-term basis in the area of industrial safety. Belaruskali is ready to host Yara specialists to monitor the production processes,” the company said.
Belaruskali stressed that it stays in constant contact with its Norwegian partner and will continue to cooperate with Yara to ensure safe working conditions, improve the health and social security of its employees.
The Belaruskali management also said about the removal of disciplinary penalties from the company's employees; those previously dismissed can be hired back if they submit the appropriate applications.
Plans are in place to improve the regulations on the operation of public inspectors to improve the efficiency of public control over the safety of production.
The Norwegian company Yara is one of the key buyers of Belaruskali products.
