MINSK, 2 November (BelTA) – Representatives of the Belarusian Transport and Communications Ministry have explained what kinds of permits for international freight transportation by road will be distributed for the year 2022, BelTA has learned.
The Transport and Communications Ministry has to distribute Poland's bilateral permits and transit permits as well as permits for freight transportation to and from third countries. Kazakhstan's permits for freight transportation to and from third countries will be distributed as well. Russia's permits for freight transportation to and from third countries include three categories. The first one does not include transportation to and from Italy, the second one – Italy and Germany. The third kind of Russia's permits excludes a number of countries (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, France, Poland, Netherlands, and Czechia).
If Belarusian trucking companies need these permits, they have to notify the ministry's Transport Inspection via the website through 30 November 2021.
