MINSK, 18 April (BelTA) – Intensive real estate development is in progress in Russia, this is why the Architecture and Construction Ministry can choose projects to its liking. Belarusian Architecture and Construction Minister Ruslan Parkhamovich made the statement on the air of the TV channel Belarus One, BelTA has learned.
Ruslan Parkhamovich remarked that the visit to Russia had been productive. “We've brought a lot of information, which will allow transitioning to real actions on concrete projects in Russia's Primorye Territory and in the course of construction of a bunch of installations at the cosmodrome,” he said.
According to the minister, there is a strong interest in Belarusian proposals. “Workers are needed for every civil engineering project. It is good that intensive real estate development is in progress in Russia at present because we can now select the projects we like among those we are offered via contracts or subcontracts. There are various projects starting with industrial construction and ending with housing construction.”
