MINSK, 25 March (BelTA) - The enterprises of the Belarusian timber, woodworking, pulp and paper industry concern Bellesbumprom will present their furniture for the Auchan Retail Russia retail chain, BelTA learned from Bellesbumprom’s press service.
These days the delegation of the retail chain is in Belarus on a business visit. Today the partners from the Russian Federation are visiting the First National Trading House to see the furniture retail stores of FanDOK, Rechitsadrev, Gomeldrev and Gomel Furniture Factory Progress. In the mall they were greeted by Deputy Chairman of Bellesbumprom Sergei Kasyanov and representatives of the enterprises.
The Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will also host a trade and procurement session to discuss possible cooperation options in more detail.
The Auchan retailer has been on the Russian market for 22 years. It operates more than 200 stores, including an online store selling both food and non-food products.
