MINSK, 24 January (BelTA) – Belarusian agricultural machinery is featured at AgromashExpo 2020, international agriculture and agricultural machinery exhibition, in Hungary, BelTA learned from the Belarusian Embassy in Budapest.
During the exhibition, Belarus' Ambassador to Hungary Aleksandr Ponomarev met with Hungary's Minister of Agriculture Istvan Nagy. The parties exchanged opinions on cooperation in agriculture and discussed the preparation of a memorandum on cooperation between the Ministries of Agriculture of Belarus and Hungary. The plans for joint work in 2020 were also on the agenda of the talks.
Istvan Nagy praised the Belarusian exposition after seeing the new models of BELARUS tractors. Minsk Tractor Works, which has been promoting Belarusian tractors on the Hungarian market with the help of local dealers for more than a decade, was awarded with a special certificate of honor from the Ministry of Agriculture.
The Belarusian stand at the Budapest exhibition features a wide range of tractors and mounted equipment produced by Minsk Tractor Works, Bobruisk Plant of Tractor Parts and Units, Smorgon Assembly Plant and Bobruisk Agromash.
