MINSK, 8 June (BelTA) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to South Africa with concurrent accreditation to Zimbabwe Aleksandr Sidoruk and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of Zimbabwe Frederick Shava have held talks via video conference, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The parties discussed the state and prospects of cooperation between Belarus and Zimbabwe. “The online meeting highlighted issues related to the exchange of visits and the setting up of a joint standing committee on cooperation,” the ministry said.
The parties also discussed the development of the bilateral legal framework and joint activities.
