TASHKENT, 25 April (BelTA) - Belarus and Uzbekistan have signed a number of agreements and memorandums during the visit of the Belarusian governmental delegation led by Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko to Tashkent, BelTA has learned.
The Belarusian Sports and Tourism Ministry and the Ministry of Sports Development of Uzbekistan signed an agreement on cooperation in physical education and sports.
The Ministry of Innovation Development of Uzbekistan signed a memorandum of cooperation with the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. This Uzbekistan agency signed an executive program of scientific, technological and innovation cooperation for 2022-2023 with the State Committee on Science and Technology of Belarus.
A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan and the National Academy of Sciences for the further development of scientific and technical cooperation, education and training of scientific personnel.
A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Belarusian Agriculture and Food Ministry and the State Committee of Veterinary and Livestock Development of Uzbekistan. The Belarusian Agriculture and Food Ministry and the Ministry of Agriculture of Uzbekistan signed a road map for further development of cooperation in agricultural science, education and innovative development for 2022-2023.
An agreement on cooperation in livestock breeding was also signed between Belplemzhivobyedineniye and the Uzbekchorvanasl agency.
