MINSK, 3 October (BelTA) – Belarusian Ambassador to Turkmenistan, Vyacheslav Beskosty met with Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Annageldi Yazmyradov, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The parties discussed mutual trade in agricultural products, prospects for supplying Belarusian equipment for the needs of agriculture in Turkmenistan.
Belarusian Ambassador Vyacheslav Beskosty also met with Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, co-chairman of the intergovernmental Belarusian-Turkmen commission on economic cooperation Mammetkhan Chakiev. The parties had a thorough discussion of the issues on the bilateral agenda, including preparations for the 10th meeting of the intergovernmental commission. The parties reaffirmed commitment to intensifying the pace of trade and economic cooperation and interaction in transport.
