MINSK, 29 December (BelTA) - Belarus and the OPEC Fund for International Development have signed a $20 million loan agreement, BelTA learned from the press service of the Finance Ministry.
According the the agreement, the loan will be used to support the public healthcare emergency response program, to strengthen the capacities of the healthcare sector and reduce the risks associated with COVID-19.
The OPEC Fund for International Development is an international financial institution established in 1976 by the member countries of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).
