MINSK, 11 November (BelTA) - The Economy Ministry of Belarus has been authorized to hold talks with China on technical and economic assistance. The corresponding decree No.764 of the Council of Ministers of 10 November 2022 was officially published on the National Legal Internet Portal, BelTA has learned.
The Council of Ministers approved a draft agreement between the governments of Belarus and the People's Republic of China on technical and economic assistance as a basis for negotiations.
The Economy Ministry has been authorized to negotiate the draft agreement; if necessary, the ministry is allowed to make changes to it that are not of a fundamental nature. The Economy Ministry has the right to sign the document if an agreement is reached within the limits of the approved draft.
The resolution enters into force from the date of its adoption.
