Belarus-Serbia cooperation prospects discussed

MINSK, 13 February (BelTA) – Belarusian Minister of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade Aleksei Bogdanov held a video conference with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Serbia Sergei Malinovsky, representatives of the Belarusian timber, woodworking, pulp and paper industry concern Bellesbumprom and Svetlogorsk Pulp and Board Mill, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade (MART).

The parties discussed the current state of Belarusian-Serbian trade and economic relations, interaction of enterprises and prospects for expanding cooperation. Special attention was paid to export of Belarusian products to the Serbian market.

“We should work together in the interests of our countries, strive to find solutions that satisfy both parties and contribute to the fulfillment of the agreements reached. I am ready to fully contribute to this within my competence,” Aleksei Bogdanov said.
The parties emphasized their commitment to the implementation of the reached agreements.
