MINSK, 2 August (BelTA) - Belarus and Russia discussed a pilot project to establish direct business contacts, BelTA learned from the press service of the National Center for Marketing.
The National Center for Marketing hosted an online meeting with the Foreign Trade Development Council of the Russian Federation. "In the light of increased demand for Belarusian products in Russia, it is more important than ever to have a reliable partner who preaches the same philosophy: services should be top-notch, work should be result-oriented, time management is important," the center emphasized.
The parties discussed the format of interaction between the export promotion agencies in Belarus and Russia, and the possibilities for organizing Russian business missions. The National Center for Marketing suggests implementing a pilot project aimed at facilitating direct business contacts between enterprises of the two countries. The Belarusian side also noted the importance of raising awareness of the procurement contract rules among Belarusian and Russian producers, which will contribute to the intensification of bilateral business activity.
