MINSK, 3 May (BelTA) – On 1 May, Belarus reduced export duties on oil and oil products, which are exported outside the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in line with the Council of Ministers' resolution No.251 of 27 April 2021, BelTA learned from the National Legal Internet Portal.
In line with the resolution, the size of the export duty on crude oil, furnace oil, oil bitumen, petrolatum, paraffin, and waste oils made up $54.9 per tonne ($57.6 previously). The export duty on straight-run gasoline has been set at $30.1 per tonne ($31.6 previously). The size of the export duty on commercial gasoline, diesel fuel, light and middle distillates, benzene, toluene, xylene, lubricants is $16.4 per tonne ($17.2 previously).
The export duties on crude oil and some categories of derivative oil products were previously revised upwards on 1 April.
