MINSK, 7 August (BelTA) – Belarus became the locomotive of the growth of the Eurasian Economic Union’s agricultural output in H1 2024, BelTA learned from the Eurasian Economic Commission.
According to the Eurasian Economic Commission, agricultural output was on the rise in all countries of the Eurasian Economic Union in January-June. Agricultural output grew by 10.2% in Belarus, 4.3% in Armenia, 3.4% in Kazakhstan, 3.3% in Kyrgyzstan, and 0.2% in Russia.
In January-June 2024 the manufacturing of agricultural products by all kinds of farming enterprises in the Eurasian Economic Union as a whole grew by 2% in comparison with January-June 2023.
