MINSK, 28 November (BelTA) – During the meeting of the Belarus-Kyrgyzstan intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation, the development banks of the two countries signed a basic arrangement spelling out general terms of export loans, BelTA learned from the Development Bank of Belarus.
The document envisages the creation of a comprehensive financial infrastructure to support domestic exports.
Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Anatoly Sivak noted that Kyrgyzstan is an important trade and economic partner of Belarus in Central Asia. The bilateral relations are making good progress in all areas.
A reminder, over the first nine months of 2024, the trade between Belarus and Kyrgyzstan grew by 14.1% year-on-year to approach $135 million.
