BREST, 1 April (BelTA) – Equipment from Pinsk-based Kuzlitmash has been put into operation in the United States, BelTA learned from the website of the company.
In accordance with the previously concluded contract the stripping unit model 99913K was shipped from Pinsk to the Bristol Indiana Corporation (Brinco) in Indiana. The equipment is designed for deburring the outer surfaces of cast iron and steel castings from various defects by abrasive grinding wheel. On 8-13 March the experts of Kuzlitmash put the unit into operation and trained Brinco operating personnel.
“The Belarusian company has fully taken into account the customer's wishes. We have already received positive feedback from the company about the performance of the supplied equipment. There are intentions to continue cooperation. We are currently negotiating another contract,” the enterprise said.
Pinsk's Kuzlitmash was once set up as a plant of unified and special units for foundry automatic lines, the first stage of which was put into operation in January 1974. The company produces press-forging and foundry equipment and is one of the leading machine-tool enterprises in Belarus. In 2012, Kuzlitmash made part of BelAZ Holding Company.
