MINSK, 5 August (BelTA) – According to the preliminary data, Belarus' gold and foreign currency reserves totaled $7,561.7 million as of 1 August 2022, BelTA learned from the Information and PR Department of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus.
In July 2022, the country's gold and foreign currency reserves went up by $55.5 million (or 0.7%) following the June increase of $96.6 million (or 1.3%).
"Starting from August 2022, information on the volume of international reserve assets will be published on the official website of the National Bank without detailing their structure and the factors that influenced their change," the National Bank informed.
