MINSK, 18 January (BelTA) - Belarus' GDP totaled Br869.7 trillion, down 3.9% from last year, BelTA learned from the National Statistics Committee of Belarus.
In 2015 the industrial output was Br729 trillion, down by 6.6% as against a year earlier. The share of innovative products in the total volume of merchandise shipped in 2015 was 12.9%.
Agricultural production totaled Br136.7 trillion, down 2.8% from 2014.
Capital investments made up Br206.3 trillion, down 15.2% from 2014.
The wholesale trade reached Br347.3 trillion (up 0.2%), retail came at Br598.2 trillion (down 4.4%).
Last year a total of 5,058.4 million square meters of housing was commissioned in Belarus, down 8.4% as against 2014.
