MINSK, 22 November (BelTA) – The administration of the China-Belarus industrial park Great Stone and the autonomous not-for-profit organization Development Corporation of the Udmurt Republic signed a cooperation agreement on 22 November, the park's press service told BelTA.
According to the document, the signatories will work together to attract investors, help enterprises promote manufacturing cooperation, organize joint business forums and roundtable sessions. The sides also signed an action plan for realizing the agreement in 2023-2024.
The Udmurt Republic delegation visited an innovation center in the industrial park where members of the delegation were made familiar with the history and development of the project, with peculiarities of tax regulations and the legal regime, with the operation of companies residing in the industrial park.
The China-Belarus Industrial Park Great Stone is a special economic zone with a special legal regime. It is located 25km away from Minsk. The park's priority development areas include mechanical engineering, electronics and telecommunications, biotechnologies, pharmaceutics, new materials, logistics, digital commerce, big data storage and processing.
