Belarus' Belzarubezhstroy to commission four buildings in Venezuela in Q1 2018

MINSK, 25 January (BelTA) – The Belarusian company Belzarubezhstroy intends to commission four 16-floor buildings in the Ciudad Tiuna housing complex in Caracas, Venezuela in Q1 2018. The plans were announced during the working meeting between Venezuelan Housing and Habitat Minister Ildemaro Villarroel Arismendi with Belzarubezhstroy Director General Vitaly Bondarik, BelTA learned from the company's press service.

The minister thanked the Belarusian constructors for their contribution to the national program Grand Housing Mission Venezuela. He commended the potential of the company which is about to commission another four 16-floor buildings. The sides also discussed further construction plans.

The housing complex Ciudad Tiuna in Caracas envisages the construction of 10,000 apartments with related social infrastructure. To date, 672 apartments in twelve 10-floor houses and four 16-floor buildings have already been commissioned along with a kindergarten.

Belzarubezhstroy has been constructing social housing with the necessary infrastructure in two Venezuelan states: the Capital District and Barinas. The Belarusian constructors have built 6,968 apartments in two housing complexes in the state of Aragua with the necessary infrastructure: kindergartens, schools, lyceums, sports grounds, children's playgrounds, recreation areas, and other facilities.
