MINSK, 8 December (BelTA) – Belarus and Bashkortostan would like to cooperate in the field of land and property relations. This matter was discussed at the meeting of Chairman of the State Property Committee of Belarus Dmitry Matusevich with Minister of Land and Property Relations of Bashkortostan Natalya Polyanskaya, BelTA informs citing the website of the committee.
Dmitry Matusevich told his counterpart about the tasks and priority areas of work of the State Property Committee, as well as the recent projects and plans. “Belarus is open for mutually beneficial cooperation in various areas, including in the field of land and property relations. I am convinced that the exchange of best practices between our agencies will be instrumental for the development of this field of expertise,” the chairman of the committee emphasized.
Natalya Polyanskaya responded that this visit is important from several points of view. “Belarus is a friendly country for us. We are interested in Belarus' best practices in developing and running a uniform policy in land and property relations. We would also like to study the system of state property accounting and control,” the minister said.
Representatives of the organizations reporting to the State Property Committee of Belarus spoke about state registration and technical inventory of real estate, innovative approaches to investment and digital development of regions, digitalization of real estate registration and accounting, geodetic and cartographic activities.
The parties agreed to work on enhancing mutually beneficial cooperation.
