BAKU, 6 May (BelTA) - Belarus will soon have joint products with the military industrial complex of Azerbaijan, Chairman of the State Authority for Military Industry Dmitry Pantus told the media on 6 May. He is currently in Baku as part of the delegation led by Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin, BelTA has learned.
“Military-technical cooperation between Belarus and Azerbaijan is of strategic nature and is known for its long history, so we continue to work in a planned and systematic manner,” Dmitry Pantus said.
According to the chairman of the State Authority for Military Industry, the parties are now discussing joint projects to produce military products using best Belarusian practices, including in the territory of Azerbaijan. “This work is underway and in the very near future we will have joint products with the military-industrial complex of Azerbaijan,” he emphasized.
