MINSK, 21 August (BelTA) – The Belarusian Fund for Financial Support to Entrepreneurs is holding a competition for investment projects and business projects of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), BelTA learned from the press service of the Economy Ministry.
The types of financial support offered by the government include a loan (providing funds on a repayable, reimbursable basis) and asset leasing (providing assets under financial lease terms).
This financial support is allocated for projects in the following areas: establishing and expanding businesses that manufacture goods, perform work, or provide services; developing and scaling the production and sale of export-oriented and import-substituting goods; manufacturing products aimed at energy and resource conservation; and introducing new technologies.
Funds will be provided for constructing, renovating, upgrading, and repairing capital structures (buildings, facilities) and isolated premises, for carrying out repair and restoration work, and installing all types of equipment. Financing will also be provided for the acquisition of buildings, isolated premises, machinery and equipment, vehicles, special devices and fixtures, tools, components, raw materials, materials, software, and goods (works, services).
Applications will be accepted through 2 September 2025. Applications can be submitted daily, except on weekends, to the organizer’s address (during business hours) or by mail (11 Serafimovicha St., Room 203, Minsk, 220033, P.O. Box 115).
