
MINSK, 26 May (BelTA) - The 5th Belarusian agrochemical forum is scheduled to take place on the third day of Belarusian agro-industrial week and the 35th international specialized exhibition Belagro 2025. The forum is organized by the Belarusian mineral fertilizer producer Grodno Azot, the Belarusian State Concern for Oil and Chemistry Belneftekhim told BelTA.
This year, a new venue, the Minsk International Exhibition Center, will play host to Belagro, which is due to be held on 3-7 June. The Belarusian agrochemical forum remains a traditional part of the event, annually bringing together not only Belarusian farmers, food industry workers, and processing specialists but also their international colleagues and partners. Regular participants include domestic fertilizer producers such as Grodno Azot, Gomel Chemical Plant, Belaruskali, and other companies.
According to Belneftekhim, the 5th Belarusian agrochemical forum will showcase the best innovations achieved through cooperation between Belarusian scientists and fertilizer producers. The forum will discuss smart farming techniques, solutions to improve fertilizer production, and strategies for their efficient application.
The event has been setting the tone in the agricultural industry for 35 years. Organizers promise that this year’s exhibition will be the largest and most dynamic in the history of the country’s main agricultural forum. As of today, 515 companies from 14 countries have applied for participation: Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Germany, Italy, China, Iran, Türkiye, Vietnam, Palestine, and Pakistan. Belarus will be represented by 405 business entities. Twelve Russian regions have confirmed their participation: Bryansk Oblast, Voronezh Oblast, Rostov Oblast, Smolensk Oblast, Lipetsk Oblast, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, and Novosibirsk Oblast, Krasnodar Territory and Perm Territory, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, the Republic of Bashkortostan, and Saint Petersburg.
The program includes forums, roundtable discussions, workshops, contests, demonstrations and presentations, and cultural and entertainment events. The participants are preparing unique expositions, and the program is designed to be interesting for both adult and young audiences.
