
MINSK, 17 (BelTA) - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Kazakhstan Aleksei Bogdanov visited a number of facilities of the retail chain Belorusskie produkty No. 1 operated by BELOSTAN.KZ, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic emission in Kazakhstan.
When touring the retail facilities Ambassador Aleksei Bogdanov studied the choice of Belarusian goods on sale, in particular, meat and dairy products, groceries, textiles, cosmetics and household chemicals. As it was noted during the visit, Belarusian-made foodstuffs are in demand and popular in the Kazakhstan market and the task is to ensure their availability to a wide range of consumers.
At the meeting with the head of the company Andrei Krugovykh the parties discussed the company’s performance in 2024 and opportunities to increase the supplies of Belarusian goods to the Kazakhstan market.
Separately, the parties touched upon the prospects for developing the retail network in the regions of the country in order to make Belarusian goods as available as possible for Kazakh consumers.
