MINSK, 22 November (BelTA) – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Türkiye Viktor Rybak took part in the conference “Eurasia. A Common Vision” at Ankara University, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Türkiye.
The ambassador delivered a welcoming speech to the conference participants and highlighted the importance of the Eurasian theme for Belarus. He drew the attention of those present to the proposals voiced by Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko at the SCO Plus Summit in Astana in July on the creation of Greater Eurasia, that would imply the development of the Eurasian Charter of Diversity and Multipolarity in the 21st Century.
The head of the Belarusian diplomatic mission noted that the work on the draft Eurasian Charter continued at the 2nd Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security that took place three weeks ago. The diplomat assured the conference participants of Belarus' support for the idea of convergence and mutually beneficial integration of the potentials of Eurasian countries in the interest of their peoples, and emphasized Minsk's readiness to promote constructive cooperation.
