Belarus’ FEZ Minsk signs cooperation memorandum with Russia’ PSEZ Ulyanovsk
The Free Economic Zone Minsk and the Port Special Economic Zone
Ulyanovsk intend to develop cooperation. The corresponding memorandum
was signed by Sergei Bubenko, first deputy head of the FEZ Minsk
administration, and Oleg Nepochatov, director general of the PSEZ
Ulyanovsk.
