Lukashenko pledges support to Russia’s Sverdlovsk Oblast in oil refining
Belarus is ready to lend a shoulder to Russian regions in oil refining, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he met with Sverdlovsk Oblast Governor Denis Pasler on 18 May.
