Coale: The situation in Belarus-USA relations has improved a lot

The situation in relations between the United States of America and Belarus has improved considerably. U.S. Special Envoy John Coale mentioned it after negotiations with Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko in Minsk on 19 March.
