Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko met with Cai Qi, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Secretary of the Secretariat and Director of the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, in Beijing on 2 September.
