Lukashenko sees Ukraine as drug addict kept on short leash with promises of new weapons

The coalition of Western countries has converted Ukraine into a drug addict, who is kept on a short leash with promises of a new dose of additional weapons and financial infusions. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko made the statement in his speech at a session of the 7th Belarusian People’s Congress on 25 April.
