Lukashenko: Russia, Ukraine need peace-loving Belarus

Belarus could play the role of a third party in the resolution of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he appointed Vladimir Pertsov Deputy Head of the Belarus President Administration on 8 April.
